This first year 1961 Ford Econoline Pickup was owned by a California collector who moved to Idaho in the late 1990s. He trailered the truck and the rest of his collection to Idaho when he moved. His health prevented him from working on his cars but he could shop online for parts. At some point he purchased a new long block engine and its related pieces. The engine is still on its engine stand waiting for a new owner to install it. The bucket seat upholstery is okay and usable.

The body is solid the only rust through is on the cab’s floor pan near the engine hump and passenger side floor (see photo). This was caused by a leaking windshield seal allowing rain water to drip onto the floor. He bought a replacement floor pan (see photo) that goes with the truck along with all the other parts including a new windshield rubber seal. Surface rust on the body gives it an aged patina look. The rear of the truck has a dent as does the tail gate, like it was backed into something as it’s low damage (see photo). The metal is solid so an easy fix and there is a replacement tail gate too.

The glass is good without any breaks. Tires all hold air and have decent tread. The truck needs a good cleaning inside and out. I have not done anything to it.

NADA values the truck between $8,700 and $38,100 with an average of $17,200. I’m selling it with the extra parts for $7,450.
